In 2018 I had the opportunity to work as the main designer of this project so important to society, CONALIFE. CONALIFE (National Congress of Female Leadership) is a project that debates and encourages entrepreneurs, CEOs, directors, public authorities and all professionals who work in the management and influence of people to play a leading role, contributing to the discussion and raising of issues involving the diversity, gender equity and female leadership in all segments and hierarchical levels of Brazilian society. Not to mention that the project has important companies, the Brazilian HR Association, UN Women and HeForShe as sponsors and supporters.
